In contrast to most FTC teams, TheElectronovas is 100% student-run. Everything from programming to robot to speaking with corporate officials in hopes of obtaining a sponsorship, to managing the expenses of the team is done completely by our members. No mentor? No Problem! Additionally, contrary to one member having one specific role, TheElectronovas believes in having each member participate in multiple sub-teams. FTC is not only about building and programming a robot, but also about interacting with members of our community. That's why all members are expected to participate and help with business and outreach ventures.
